1. Change of Mind
We offer returns for change of mind within 30 days of receiving your order provided:
- The item is unused.
- The item is in original condition.
- Original tags and packaging are attached.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Not as described
please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Where applicable, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A repair
- A refund
in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Photos may be requested to assist with assessment.
3. Exclusions
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Products damaged by misuse.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Items altered by the customer.
- Custom-made or personalised products unless faulty.
